When trying to power wash a surface, there are multiple factors at play such as the surface, cleaning product, pressure, and machine that you are using. Eco Wash Solutions can take away the variability in those factors as we are trained and certified and have a track record of success, making the process streamlined and easier for you.

It is recommended to have your house washed annually. By keeping up with power washing, it provides protection from siding staining and unsightly algae, and mildew contaminants.

According to the Better Business Bureau, lower priced estimates result in the most complaints and unresolved issues. Since we are trained in our business, we offer a better quality and our prices reflect that. Our commitment to your satisfaction is why we are certified and insured to give our customers the best experience possible.

Each job is unique so the time varies. The time is based on a multitude of factors, such as the size of the surface and the condition. The average 2500sqft. vinyl house takes us 1.5-2hours.

You do not need to be home during your scheduled appointment. Prior to your appointment, we ask you to move any furniture, confirm your windows/doors are closed, and provide access to a working water spigot.

If the weather does not cooperate, such as by having high wind or rain, we will reschedule your appointment for another time.

Sometimes we will have a technician come to the location to do an estimate in-person and sometimes we are able to offer an estimate remotely. Each situation is unique.

Yes. Chemicals will be used, such as detergents, degreasers, and soaps to clean surfaces and the remove dirt and mildew. These chemicals are often diluted or mixed according to the work being performed.

Yes. All pets must be placed indoors during the appointment, but can come out once the job is complete. All solutions used will be washed away prior to completing the work, but it is advised to keep them away from the work area for 24 hours .

We typically schedule appointments 1-2 weeks prior. During our peak season in the Spring and early Summer, we are often booked, but try our best to schedule in customers as soon as possible.

Most jobs require 1-2 technicians.

You will need a credit or debit card to place an appointment and leave a deposit. Upon completion of the job, the remainder of the agreed upon price is due.

We do offer a discounted rate if you are working with your neighbors to schedule your appointment. The savings will vary depending on the number of houses participating and size of the houses involved.
